title=\"\"\u003eincluding renal artery stenosis), treatment with drugs that affect this system has been associated with acute hypotension, azotemia, oliguria, and rarely with acute renal failure.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan title=\"\"\u003ePrimary aldosteronism: patients with primary aldosteronism generally will not respond to antihypertensive treatments
