What is it for?

EPICOL children's solution is indicated for the relief of allergic symptoms in children, such as itching, watery eyes, sneezing, nasal congestion and other manifestations of mild allergic reactions. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that helps block the action of histamine, a substance involved in the body's allergic responses.

How to Use

Administer according to medical indications or as per package instructions, adjusting the dose by the child's weight and age.

Your order will be shipped one day (maximum 2 days) after your payment.

  • For orders within Mexico.

Your tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can track your package using the link we will send you or on the DHL, FedEx, or Afimex website, as applicable (we choose the best shipping option available at the time).

  • For international shipments.

Your tracking number will be available two days after we have dropped off your package at the post office. You can track your order using the link we will send you via email or directly on the SEPOMEX website. After about three weeks, you can track it through your country's postal service.

  • Shipping within Mexico:

Prices start at $169.00 pesos for packages up to 5 kg, with delivery in 2-5 business days (does not apply to extended areas).

  • International Shipping

Prices start at $10.00 USD for small packages and increase based on weight and volume. Delivery times are 30-35 business days.
