Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

Case 1: If you cancel an order before it has left our facility.

We will refund the import fee to your account within one business day of the cancellation.

Case 2: Once your order has left our facility.

Orders cannot be canceled.

Returns:

Due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell and for the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of medications. Once the customer receives their package, it is no longer possible to return it to our offices. For this reason, we ask that you place your order with the confidence that your medications are the ones you want.
