What are the pharmacy's opening hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GMT-5). We are closed on Sundays.
Do you deliver within México?
Yes, we offer home delivery service within Mexico. Orders are shipped one day after payment, although a large percentage of orders paid before 1:00 pm are shipped the same day. Shipping is via DHL, FEDEX, or Afimex, the best option available at the moment. Please check shipping costs when placing your order. Prices start at 169.00 pesos for packages under 5 kg, with delivery in 2-6 business days (excluding extended areas).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries with some exceptions, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Venezuela, and others. Delivery time is 30-35 business days, with an initial cost of 10.00 USD. Shipping costs are based on the package's weight (you can check the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase). Your package will be sent via the Mexican postal service SEPOMEX (a tracking number will be provided).
What currency is used for transactions?
For orders within Mexico, all transactions are made in Mexican pesos (MXN). For international orders, the currency used is US dollars (USD). If you pay with an international card, your bank will automatically convert the payment based on the current exchange rate.
How will my medications be packaged?
All medications are packaged securely and discreetly. We use sturdy boxes with internal protective material to prevent damage during shipping. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in special packaging when necessary.
Where are the medications shipped from?
Medications are shipped from our pharmacy located in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico.
Where are the medicines for sale manufactured?
We work only with laboratories certified and authorized by COFEPRIS. Our medications are sourced from recognized national and international manufacturers that meet all quality and safety standards established by Mexican health authorities.
What is the expiration date on the medications I receive?
We guarantee that all medications we ship have a minimum of four months' shelf life. The specific expiration date is printed on each product package; most of our medications have an expiration date of at least 1 year.
Are generic drugs safe and effective?
Yes, generic medications are completely safe and effective. They contain the same active ingredients as brand-name medications and are approved by COFEPRIS. The main difference is price: generics are more affordable without compromising quality or effectiveness.
Do I need a prescription to buy medicines?
Controlled medications require a valid prescription. Over-the-counter medications do not. If you have questions about a specific product, our pharmacist can advise you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the Mercado Pago payment link, bank transfers, bitcoins, and online payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our website.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For health and hygiene reasons, medications and personal care products cannot be returned once sold.
Do you have a loyalty or discount program?
Yes, we offer special discounts for seniors (in-store only) and monthly promotions.
How can I check if a medicine is in stock?
You can call us directly at the pharmacy or check availability in our online store. If the product is not available, we can order it and notify you when it arrives.
Do you sell products that are not listed on your website?
Yes, our in-store inventory is larger than our online catalog. If you're looking for a specific product that isn't listed on the website, please contact us directly, and we'll be happy to check its availability or order it for you.
Do you offer additional services besides selling medicines?
Yes, we offer nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, dermocosmetics, and medical equipment. Ask our staff for more information.
