Shipping policy

  • We guarantee that your order (with medications in stock) will be shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • If your medication is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you of the new shipping date.
  • Please confirm stock availability before making your payment if you wish to have your order shipped the same day.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, medications and personal care products cannot be returned once sold.

The product inventory on our website is not updated in real time, so the stock levels shown do not reflect the actual inventory in our pharmacy and/or warehouse. We make every effort to ensure that out-of-stock products are not available for purchase on our website, but some may appear as available due to the large number of products we manage. We strongly recommend that you check with us regarding the availability of your medication before making your purchase.

All packages are shipped from our pharmacy in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico. We do not have branches or subsidiaries in other cities.

For orders within Mexico:

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your package using the link we will send you or on the DHL, FedEx, or Afimex website, as applicable (we choose the best shipping option available at the time).

Shipping prices start at $169.00 MXN for packages up to 5 kg, with delivery in 2-5 business days (not applicable to extended delivery areas).

For international shipments:

Your tracking number will be available two days after we have shipped your package. You can track your order using the link we will send you via email or directly on the SEPOMEX website. After approximately three weeks, you can track it through your country's postal service.

Prices start at $10.00 USD for small packages and increase according to the weight and volume of the package. Delivery times: 30-35 business days

For your security, all packages are sent only via certified mail and require your signature. There are no additional charges for handling, medication dispensing, or Mexican customs duties. The maximum quantity of products per order, limited by customs, is 10 units.

You should consult your local laws regarding the importation of medications. Some countries and locations have stricter regulations.

Delivery of your package will take between 30 and 35 business days for international shipments.

All packages are shipped from Mexico (Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila) via the Mexican Postal Service, using certified mail.

Packages pass through customs upon entering the destination country and are subject to inspection.

If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable to sign, your local post office will leave a notice instructing you to pick it up there. Once delivery has been made, you will need to collect your package. In the event that your package is returned to our offices in Mexico due to a failed delivery, we will only resend it if you contact us and pay an additional shipping cost.
